Media & Teachings

From podcasts to panel discussions, I love helping audiences understand what it really takes to enhance Black women’s health.

Whether I’m speaking at an in-person event or on a podcast, I genuinely enjoy talking about health equity, culturally grounded nutrition, and the systems that shape our wellness.

Speaking Topics

Here are a few topics I’m especially fired up about right now:

  1. The Backlash Against DEI and Why It’s a Direct Threat to Health Equity

Let’s talk about what’s really happening, who it harms, and why ignoring it isn’t an option.

  1. Quantifying Inequity: The Real Impact of Healthcare Disparities

We must understand facts, data, and lived experience because the cost of inequity isn’t abstract, but measurable.

  1. From Ancestors to Algorithms: Black Women & Digital Health Literacy

Our health has always lived at the intersection of tradition and technology and now the stakes are even higher.

Media Bio

As a health equity educator and founder of the Enhance Black Women’s Health Community, Tomesha Campbell helps advocates, caregivers, and practitioners close the gaps that leave Black women overlooked in our healthcare system.

Drawing on her background as a Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and AIP Certified Coach, Tomesha blends evidence-based guidance with culturally grounded strategies that make health more accessible, practical, and personal. Through her weekly newsletter and speaking work, she equips audiences to navigate confusing nutrition advice, build habits that honor their lived experiences, and advocate with confidence in medical settings.

When she’s not writing or teaching, you can find Tomesha running or lifting weights, exploring Boston’s food scene, or walking her pittie-lab mix Penny Denny, who fully believes every sidewalk belongs to her.
